Thank you for coming to take a look at our store! At Rough Country Rustic Furniture We hand make and sell rustic, distressed furniture. Expect knots, cracks, dents, dings, marks, discolorations. In most cases we make sure the piece has some of all of the above. All of our pieces are handmade one at a time. We do it all from start to finish. We design and build each piece, and ship them directly to you. No two items are alike, colors and finishes will vary slightly form piece to piece, after all they are one of a kind. We love doing what we do and it shows. We love doing custom orders as well and would love to help make any room in your house have the best addition it possibly could. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or items you would be interested in having built and made look pretty! **On larger orders, or custom orders I can do a 50/50% split. With first 50% due to get your order built, and final 50% due before it ships. Please contact us first if you would like to use this option!
Returns on furniture: Please note all of our pieces are made to order. Once payment is received for an order, you will have 3 days in which to cancel your order and receive a full refund. After the 3 days, if you choose to cancel your order, we will withhold 25%, for shop time and materials. Once your order is in the cutting process, meaning the work has started, and you choose to cancel we will refund half of your order.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping as well as packaging. We will refund the balance when we receive the item undamaged, less the original shipping cost that we payed to get the item to you. No refunds on custom work. Orders over $250.00 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. All custom work, sales are final, there will be no refund. If the item is damaged during shipping please refer to shipping policy for steps that must be taken to resolve the issue.
